Welcome to my website! My research centers around the question of what shapes behavior of individuals in organizations. I mainly conduct theory-informed, controlled experiments. To test the external validity of the found results, I link experimental data to participants’ behavior outside the laboratory whenever applicable. Some of my more recent projects also rely exclusively on field data, such as TV show or academic outcome data.
